　　寫(xiě)作思路與要求

　　本模塊立意在“how”，通常以“現(xiàn)狀” 或“問(wèn)題”引啟話題，而后考生重點(diǎn)著墨于解決問(wèn)題或?qū)崿F(xiàn)目的的“方法”、“途徑”、“措施”，最后以考生本人對(duì)方法措施評(píng)價(jià)或選擇為終結(jié)。本模塊在語(yǔ)篇層次上主要采用列舉的方式，羅列兩種或多種方法或措施，在對(duì)方法措施進(jìn)行選擇評(píng)價(jià)時(shí)，可采用原因分析方式。

　　這一模塊的提綱模式如下:

　　第一段引言。

　　對(duì)現(xiàn)狀、形勢(shì)或困難的描述。

　　第二段途徑與方法。

　　列舉做某事的途徑或問(wèn)題解決的種種方法。

　　第三段評(píng)價(jià)或選擇。

　　對(duì)第二段中提及的途徑進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要評(píng)價(jià)或選取其中一兩種自己認(rèn)為合適的方法、途徑，并略述選擇依據(jù)。

　　Nowadays,whenever we want to get employed,we will have to go through a job interview.It is really of importance to every one who expects to land on the job successfully.So we must take some steps to do something in preparation.

　　Many steps can be taken to in order to be successful in a job interview.First of all,we should get neatly dressed,for the right clothes worn at the right time can gain the respect of the interviewer as well as leave a favorable impression on him/her.In addition,we should be prepared to talk readily about the requirements of the job so as to show how well informed you are of the position.Finally,it is clear that,to be really impressive,we must display some self�瞔onfidence and interest in the job we are applying for.

　　Above all,we should make painstaking efforts to be truthful about our personal information.And we should be careful neither to show too much concern for salary nor to criticize your former employers.
