　　第一部分：說明寫信目的

　　I would like to apply for (申請) admission to your college .

　　I hope to pursue my Master's degree in your university .

　　I would like to further my studies in … department of your university .

　　第二部分：展開申請原因

　　My major interests are … , and I understand your university has a good program in those fields .

　　I feel the need to study further in order to develop my potential in this field .

　　第三部分：期盼回復，表示感謝

　　Thank you for your consideration .

　　I look forward to your reply .

　　If my application could be taken into favorable consideration , I would be most grateful .

　　I hope you will kindly send me an application (申請單) form .

　　I would greatly appreciate receiving copies of the required application forms (申請表格) and any instructions (說明) you may be so kind to give me regarding my possible admission .

　　Enclosed (附上) are my score reports on all subjects and two recommendations (推薦信) .

　　二、投訴信

　　第一部分：說明投訴問題

　　I must complain about …

　　I am not satisfied with …

　　I feel something should be done about …

　　I am writing to inform (告知，代替tell) you that I find … unsatisfactory …

　　I am writing to express / air dissatisfaction / disappointment / concern regarding …

　　第二部分：描述具體情況

　　The noise disturbs my sleep so that I can't concentrate during the work time , and as a result , I have made several mistakes these days .

　　For me this environment is very difficult to make studies and I need a quiet room .

　　第三部分：期待解決方案

　　I expect to hear from you soon .

　　Please give this matter your immediate attention .

　　I would be very grateful (感激，代替thanks) if you could look into the matter as soon as possible .

　　And I am looking forward to an early reply .

　　It is high time you took some measures to solve …

　　I hope you will take steps to rectify (糾正、改善，代替improve) this situation soon .

　　I believe you will take my complaints seriously .

　　I would ask you to give back my money , or I would file my complaint (投訴) to the authorities concerned (相關部門) .

　　To solve this problem / surmount this difficulty / improve the situation / crack this hard nut (解決問題) , I hope to draw the attention of the authorities concerned .
