三 詢問信 (A Letter of Inquiry)

　　詢問信的主要目的是尋求所需信息，通常包括以下幾個方面的內(nèi)容：首先表明寫作意圖，說明寫這封信的目的是要尋求什么樣的信息;然后就某一具體問題進行詢問;最后表明獲取信息的急切心情，可以提供聯(lián)系方式以便收信人與你聯(lián)系，并表達你的感謝之情。

　　寫作“三步走”：自我介紹、說明目的->具體詢問事宜->表示感謝、期盼回復(fù)

　　提示：詢問信的語氣通常比較正式、和緩，要充分表達感激之情。同時，相比較語氣直接的 疑問句，用一些能夠起到提問作用的陳述句更佳。

　　Directions:

　　You and your family are planning for a trip to Hong Kong during the May holiday. Write a letter to a travel agency to explain your travel plans, ask for relevant information, and express your gratitude for a reply.

　　Do not sign your own name at the end of the letter. Use "Li Ming" instead.
