　　If you've ever tried to quit smoking, you know that it's one of the harder habits to break. Nicotineaddiction is a powerful physical and psychologicaldependency that conditions the body to cravenicotine in order to maintain feelings of basic well being.

Plus, the patch releases only nicotine, leaving out all of the dangerous carcinogens and other chemicals found in cigarettes.

　　If you decide to use the patch, it's important to stop smoking while wearing it. Combined withnicotine from cigarettes, the extra jolt absorbed from the patch can overload the system and cause illness. Also be aware that the combined side effects of quitting smoking and wearing apatch can include headaches, anxiety, dizziness, fatigue, and constipation.

　　一旦決定用這種貼片，很重要的一點(diǎn)是必須停止吸煙。與香煙中的尼古丁結(jié)合，從尼古丁貼片吸收額外少量的尼古丁可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致系統(tǒng)超負(fù)荷并引發(fā)疾病。另外要注意戒煙和貼片伴隨的癥狀有頭痛，焦慮，眩暈，疲勞和便秘。

　　Furthermore, in some instances the patch can irritate the skin, causing a burning sensationand even cause swelling and redness. However unpleasant it may sound, the patch is stillworthwhile if it helps you stop smoking.
