　　考研英語中大作文的要求是內(nèi)容切題、表達(dá)清楚、文字連貫、句式多變和語言規(guī)范。小作文考察點在信息點的覆蓋、語言的準(zhǔn)確性、文章組織的連貫性上。

　　其中小作文占10分，分為求職信、祝賀信、道歉信、詢問信、推薦信、感謝信、邀請信、辭職信等等二十多種應(yīng)用文。每個類別都有相對固定的語言模式，都有固定詞語要求。

　　報告是下級部門就某件事情向上級部門和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)回報工作、反映情況、提出建議等使用的上行公文。就其內(nèi)容實質(zhì)來說，可分為信息類報告和分析類報告。

　　信息類報告在日常事務(wù)中經(jīng)常發(fā)生，其目的是通報信息和情況，一般要求準(zhǔn)確、正確、完整、簡明扼要。分析類報告在語言和格式上則更加正式、復(fù)雜，其目的在于對某問題或情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查、研究、分析、評估或論證后提出結(jié)論，篇幅一般較長。

　　寫好一份報告，撰寫人首先要對所要寫的內(nèi)容有充分的了解。寫作時，應(yīng)盡量多用被動語態(tài)，少用第一人稱，以免主觀、冒昧。
