考研英語(yǔ)中大作文的要求是內(nèi)容切題、表達(dá)清楚、文字連貫、句式多變和語(yǔ)言規(guī)范。小作文考察點(diǎn)在信息點(diǎn)的覆蓋、語(yǔ)言的準(zhǔn)確性、文章組織的連貫性上。

　　其中小作文占10分，分為求職信、祝賀信、道歉信、詢問(wèn)信、推薦信、感謝信、邀請(qǐng)信、辭職信等等二十多種應(yīng)用文。每個(gè)類別都有相對(duì)固定的語(yǔ)言模式，都有固定詞語(yǔ)要求。

　　推薦信是寫信人向收信人推薦某人做某事的信件。推薦信在西方國(guó)家是求職，求學(xué)的必備材料。寫推薦信的人必須對(duì)被推薦者有一定的了解。最好有較深的資歷，如被推薦者的原單位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，本專業(yè)的專家等，名聲越大越好。除了請(qǐng)別人推薦，也可以自薦 。

　　寫作“三步走”：

　　指出寫信人和被推薦人的關(guān)系，及推薦的原因→概述被薦人的品質(zhì)、能力、性格等→.總結(jié)說(shuō)明被推薦人值得被推薦(例如能勝任工作)。

　　注意：

　　推薦信要多寫優(yōu)點(diǎn)，充分肯定成績(jī)，篇幅不宜過(guò)長(zhǎng)，但也不能三言兩語(yǔ)過(guò)于簡(jiǎn)單。

　　范文解析：

　　Directions: You are asked to write a recommendation letter of your student, Li Ming, for a position of administrator in a company. Address it to the manager and express your reason(s) clearly.

　　Write the letter with no less than 100 words. Do not sign your own name at the letter. Use “Wang Hua” instead. Do not write the address.
