感謝信

　　感謝信是一種禮儀文書，用于商務(wù)活動中的許多非協(xié)議的合同中，一方受惠于另一方，應(yīng)及時地表達謝忱，使對方在付出勞動后得到心理上的收益，它是一種不可少的公關(guān)手段。感謝信是集體單位或個人對關(guān)心、幫助、支持本單位或個人表示衷心感謝的函件。感謝信是文明的使者，從文體來說，它屬于應(yīng)用文體。在日常生活和工作中，得到人家的幫助和支持，可用這種文體“感謝”一下。它與表揚信有許多相似之處，所不同的是感謝信也有表揚信的意思，但是重點在感謝。

　　這類應(yīng)用文是有套句的：

　　致謝內(nèi)容，交代感謝原因：

　　I am writing to tell you how much I enjoyed the weekend in your village.

　　I am writing to express my appreciation for all that you did for me during my visit in Shanghai.

　　I am writing to tell you how much I appreciate your hospitality.

　　Thank you so much for your assistance/ for the information your gave us.

　　進一步解釋對方的幫助給自己帶來的好處，再次致謝， 回饋承諾：

　　Please accept my warmest thanks,I hope I have the chance to reciprocate your kindness.
