三、原因狀語從句

　　because/since/as區(qū)別(for)

　　1.because原因語氣最強(qiáng)，它引導(dǎo)從句是說話的重心

　　如：He failed because he was too careless. 因?yàn)樗�太粗心，所以才失敗�?/P>

　　2.since=now/seeing/considering(that)“既然”表對(duì)方已知曉的無須加以說明的原因或事實(shí)。既成事實(shí)的原因

　　如：Seeing everybody is here，let’s begin.

　　Since you ask，I will tell you.你既然問，我就告訴你

　　Seeing that it’s raining，you had better stay indoors.因?yàn)檎�在下雨，你最好留在室�?nèi)。

　　練習(xí)：

　　1. _______ you are leaving tomorrow, we can eat dinner together tonight.

　　A. For B. Since C. Before D. While

　　3.as 往往十分明顯的原因，語氣較弱

　　如：As you are in poor health，you should not sit up late.既然你身體不好，你就不應(yīng)該熬夜。

　　for 為并列連詞, 不可在句首，表補(bǔ)充說明

　　如：It must have rained last night，for the ground was wet this morning.

　　not…because 句型(否定轉(zhuǎn)移)“不因……而”

　　如：You should not despise him because he is poor. 不要因他窮而輕視他。

　　如：She didn’t marry you because you had money. 不是因?yàn)槟阌绣X，她才嫁給你。

　　because/because of 區(qū)別

　　I couldn’t go to school 我因生病，所以沒有去上學(xué)。

　　Because+ 從句

　　because of + N

　　四、目的狀語從句

　　so…that/such…that 互換原則

　　1.單數(shù)可數(shù)名詞可互換 such a nice book=so nice a book

　　例：He is so kind that everybody likes him.

　　=He is so kind a man that everybody likes him.

　　=He is such a kind man that everybody likes him. 他是如此仁慈，所以大家都喜歡他。

　　2.復(fù)數(shù)可數(shù)名詞、不可數(shù)名詞，只能用such…that

　　such beautiful flowers/ such cold water

　　3.名詞前有many/much，few/little修飾只能用so…that

　　He earned so little money that he could barely support his family.

　　He had so many things to do that he has busy all day long.

　　練習(xí)：

　　1. She didn’t break the bad news to her mother ________ that she might break down.

　　五、讓步狀語從句

　　1.Though/Although/Even if/Even though/ while he is young，he knows a lot/much.

　　=Young as/though he is，he knows a lot/much.

　　=Child as he is，he knows a lot/much.

　　=In spite of/Despite/With all/For all being a child，he knows much.

　　=He is young.but he knows a lot/much.(不與but連用)

　　2.Wh-+ever….

　　練習(xí)：
