　　假冒偽劣產(chǎn)品(fake and shoddy products)在國(guó)際上被視為“僅次于販毒(drug trade)的世界第二大公害(nuisance)”。假冒偽劣被認(rèn)為是中國(guó)當(dāng)前最大的社會(huì)問題，其危害巨大。假冒偽劣產(chǎn)品是指質(zhì)量低劣或者失去使用性能的產(chǎn)品。假冒偽劣從形式上看，主要是假冒名牌產(chǎn)品，以劣充優(yōu)，以假充真;從類別上看，主要是家電、煙、酒、服裝、藥品、食品、化妝品等，涵蓋了消費(fèi)者的衣食住行用，并且這些大多是涉及人身安全健康的產(chǎn)品，其潛在的問題令人擔(dān)憂。

Fake andshoddy products refer to those products that are inpoor quality or functional performance. As tothe category, fake and shoddy products mainly include household appliances, cigarette, wine,clothes, medicine, food and cosmetics etc., which cover clothing, food, shelter, transportationand daily supplies. What's more, those products are related to the security and health ofpeople, so the potential problems are worrisome.

　　2.被視為：可譯為be seen as或be regarded as。
