　　On College Graduates Being Village Officials

　　關(guān)于大學(xué)生村官

　　There is a great discussion on college graduates being village officials. Some people think it can bring benefits. On the one hand, it can offer employment opportunities for college graduates, which can help to solve the graduates' employment problems. On the other hand, college graduates are full of energy and knowledge and they will try their best to contribute to the village.

　　對(duì)于大學(xué)生當(dāng)村官的討論很熱烈。有些人認(rèn)為這能夠帶來(lái)好處。一方面，可以為大學(xué)生提供就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)，這樣就可以幫助解決大學(xué)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題。另一方面，大學(xué)生充滿精力，飽含知識(shí)，他們將盡其所能為村莊做貢獻(xiàn)。

　　However, on the contrary, some people coosider it does more harm than good. To begin with, college graduates lack experience, so they can be confused about what and how to do. Second, huge hope and worry can result in deep pressure, which can prevent them from continuing working on their plans. Last but oot least，they may find it difficult applying knowledge to practice, because it's just book knowledge, often not matching the fact. As a result，they will give up to the difficulties.

　　但是，相反，有些人認(rèn)為這樣做壞處大于好處。首先，大學(xué)畢業(yè)生缺乏經(jīng)驗(yàn)，所以他們會(huì)在要做什么以及如何去做方面有疑惑。其次，巨大的期望和擔(dān)憂會(huì)導(dǎo)致深深的壓力，這會(huì)阻礙他們按照自己的計(jì)劃繼續(xù)工作。最后，他們也許會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)把知識(shí)應(yīng)用到實(shí)踐中很困難，因?yàn)槟切┲皇菚?shū)本知識(shí)，通常和現(xiàn)實(shí)不相符。結(jié)果，他們會(huì)在困難面前放棄。

　　From my point of view, it's beneficial for college graduates to work as vi1lage officials, but they should be brave enough to face the possible difficulties and resist various temptation.(176 words)

　　依我看來(lái)，對(duì)大學(xué)畢業(yè)生來(lái)說(shuō)做村官是有益處的，但是他們應(yīng)該足夠勇敢地去面對(duì)有可能遇到的困難，并且抵御各種誘惑。
