上午的四級(jí)考試，最大的亮點(diǎn)之一，就是寫(xiě)作。亮點(diǎn)在于其命題形式：圖畫(huà)作文。
我在北京新東方的面授班(四級(jí)寫(xiě)作點(diǎn)睛班)上曾講解圖畫(huà)作文，分析，在2012年6月16日，六級(jí)考察了圖畫(huà)作文，而當(dāng)時(shí)，圖畫(huà)作文出現(xiàn)在六級(jí)也是第一次;目前，四級(jí)已經(jīng)考察了圖表作文，考研考的題，六級(jí)都沒(méi)有考過(guò);因此這么推論分析，也可能這次四級(jí)輪到圖畫(huà)作文了 —— 考研考過(guò)，六級(jí)考過(guò)，就剩你四級(jí)了!
圖畫(huà)的內(nèi)容和構(gòu)圖不難：父親和男孩子的對(duì)話，孩子說(shuō)“ Dad，I am a bitworried about disposing of nuclear weapon. (爸爸，我有點(diǎn)擔(dān)心清除核武器這個(gè)問(wèn)題)”，父親則回答“ If you can empty the dustbin, you can do anything. (如果你能把垃圾桶倒掉，你就能坐好任何事情)” ，說(shuō)話間，手指著垃圾桶。
這幅圖畫(huà)和2012年6月的六級(jí)漫畫(huà)作文非常相似，當(dāng)時(shí)的圖中，也是兩人對(duì)話，女兒和父親。父親問(wèn)女兒：“ Hi, sweetie, how was your school today ? (嘿，小甜心，你在今天在學(xué)校過(guò)得怎么樣?)” 女兒非常冷漠的回答：“Dad,youcan read all about it on my blogs. (爹哋，你自己可以在我的博客上讀到所有內(nèi)容)”，然后呢，女兒拔腿出門，留下父親一臉驚愕。
說(shuō)回這個(gè)四級(jí)的作文題。
作文的第一段，要進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單描繪圖畫(huà)內(nèi)容，這是必須的，也是題目中強(qiáng)制要求的(a brief description of the picture)。描述的時(shí)候，只要把父子兩的對(duì)話移植到第一段，然后把父親手指垃圾桶的動(dòng)作描繪一下就可以了，非常簡(jiǎn)單。
作文的第二段，進(jìn)行主旨提煉并且論述。這幅圖畫(huà)很容易看出主題，那就是做大事之前，要先做小事(一屋不掃，何以掃天下)，而且題目中其實(shí)早就已經(jīng)透露了主題了 (express your views on the importance of doing small things before undertakingsomething big。)因此，第二段通篇論述小事做起的重要性就可以了。屬于我在課堂上講過(guò)的作文三大分類之“積極主題，論述意義”
作文第三段，總結(jié)，啟發(fā)。這一段再次強(qiáng)調(diào)小事做起的意義，我們不能低估他的威力。文章最后可以以名人名言作為結(jié)尾。

We can see from the cartoon that there is a father talking with hisson. Having heard his son’s words that “Dad, I am a bit worried about disposing of nuclear waste�！� The father repliesthat “ If you can empty the dustbin here, you can do anything” and points the garbage can beside him。
Funny and common as the conversation sounds, it reflects that the fatherintends to advise his son to do small things before undertaking big.Definitely, doing small things is the first step of success and will lay rootfor doing something big. By doing something small, we are able to accumulateexperience, master skills and train ourselves to be more patient. In other words,we can be well prepared for further challenges in the course of fulfillingsmall things. By contrast, those who desire to do something big at once willconstantly be haunted by disappointment, frustrations or even failures, As whenopportunities-“something big” appears, they can hardly seize them because ofthe lack of experience and confidence stems from doing small things. Taking thepicture presented above as a case in point, how can the little boy succeed indisposing of nuclear weapons if he even doesn’t know how to empty the dustbin?
From my perspective, under no circumstances should we undervalue thepower of doing small things. Instead, we should regard small things as thesource of experience, skills and the prerequisite of success. “Greatachievement only belongs to those who can do small things perfectly�！� Aristotleused to say。
