　　3.祝賀信是表示慶祝的書信。在西方風俗習慣中，遇到重大的節(jié)假日，比如新年、圣誕節(jié)、生日等以及親朋好友之間遇到了什么喜事都應寫信致以問候或贈送禮品。賀信的寫作要注意主題明確，中心突出，情感真摯但切記不要言過其實，評價要恰當，要表現(xiàn)出真誠的喜悅和祝賀。另外，代表單位的賀信應較為正式，措詞要嚴謹、謙恭。

　　祝賀信常用語：

　　4.感謝信是為了感謝對方的關心、幫助和支持而書寫的信件。在寫感謝信時，正文部分主要寫感謝的內(nèi)容和感激的心情，可以敘述被感謝的人或事件，重點放在這一幫助所產(chǎn)生的效果上。所用的語言要準確、客觀，情感要真摯。

　　感謝信常用的句型：

　　①Thank you very much for...②I am extremely grateful for...③I realize that the task took you a great deal of precious time.④Thank you very much for your hospitality (kindness).⑤Thank you very much for doing so much to make my trip to Beijing interesting.
